Discover the power of living in the present moment and the profound impact it can have on your life. Learn to let go of past regrets and future worries, and instead, focus on the here and now. Embrace the saying, "If you are at peace, then you are living in the moment," and embark on a journey to prioritize this precious moment that will never come again.

How often do you live in this moment? What's going on in your mind right now? Are you listening to each word that you're hearing? Notice the different sounds that could be going on around you. Consider or recall the last time you had absolute silence. How did that make you feel?

Now think back to a memory that made you feel scared. Think back to another memory that makes you feel excited. Think back to another memory that made you laugh. Notice how easily that was to shift to a different reality that no longer exists.

Then imagine a situation where there is a problem. Ponder about something you might fear. Think about the exciting situations that you could be in. Once again, notice how easily that it was to shift to a different reality that does not exist yet.

A saying that I've continued to enjoy is: If you are depressed, then you're living in the past. If you are anxious, then you are living in the future. If you are at peace, then you are living in the moment. Consider this saying carefully. Keep this in mind or write it down as. We’ll go through several steps to demonstrate that presence is now.

It's important that you focus on being able to prioritize this moment, since you'll never have it again.

When you learn to forgive yourself on a wide range of things, you might be open to forgiving others as well.

On your adventure you'll be able to identify different types of distractions that keep you from this moment.

As you continue your journey, acknowledging the types of energy drains in your life will make a difference.

As you figure out how to raise your vibrations along with others as well, you'll notice how it enables you to be here right now.

make sure to reclaim your beautiful energy on your journey and you'll be able to transform your reality.

And the last step is straightforward, it's to practice now.

Let’s start off with prioritizing yourself in this moment. Be honest with yourself, what else are you doing in this moment in addition to listening to this recording. Are you in the car driving, are you taking a walk, are you cooking, are you taking care of the kids, are you taking care of family, are you going through depression, are you overcoming anxiety, are you dealing with sickness, are you dealing with a relationship? Where is your beautiful mind at this moment?

Of those many things, are you able to put them on pause for a second, for a minute, for an hour, for a day? Just for yourself. Do you have a second to be here, leave a minute to be here, do you have an hour to be here just for you? Really consider The last time that you had a moment of peace for yourself. Take a moment to lay flat and motionless for the journey that we’re about to go onto. Close your eyes, consider for a moment.

I can wait so you have a moment to focus on yourself. You can do this exercise any time in life, and it will remind you to come back to this current moment.

Listen carefully to what's going on around you. What can you hear? What can you differentiate from the background, what can you feel, where is your mind focused on? Are you focused on the words that you’re hearing right now or are you focused on the thoughts that are roaming around? Are those thoughts your thoughts or projections from others? Are those concerns your concerns or issues that someone else is bringing up? And do those thoughts need to be there this moment?

As you open your eyes, pay attention to some of the details or feelings or senses that might be around you. Are you only able to sense what's going on in the physical realm? Describe for yourself what you notice about this extended reality. Is everything where it’s supposed to be? Check to determine if everything there because of your own decisions that are independent of someone else's projection into your reality.
