Carefully consider the number of voices or thoughts that are going on in your head. Are any of those thoughts your thoughts or mere projections from someone else's reality? Think about how your reality is dependent on someone else's version of reality. For those who perceive themselves as immune to this, articulate what keeps you so shielded from the many projections of the mind. For those who are susceptible to it, ponder how you may protect your mind. For those who are uncertain about it determine what steps you can investigate to regain control of your mind.
Think about how often the truth is told to humans in plain sight. Examples of these could be films, TV shows, books, written articles. With this information in plain sight, would you search for the truth or believe the truth that is presented to you in this extended reality, simulation, or matrix? Are you fueling the system with your precious energy? Or do you need to be convinced of this fabric of reality through different means?
Let’s take a look at 7 different examples of different projections of the mind.
Fear: false evidence appearing real
With fear, it has been shown to be a tremendous motivator for people to take action. When a fear-based reality is projected into you, you might not think clearly. The person might take a step back and defer to individuals that they perceive as experts to tell them what to do. These trends and patterns of manipulation can create entirely fabricated realities.
Sadness
With sadness, this can drive an individual to cope with the feeling in different ways. Sometimes a person retreats back into their own shell, other times they choose to drown their sorrows away. They might get another hobby, they might try to search for some meaning when they are struck with sadness in their reality. This can be a moving or enlightening experience that can change their reality.
Confusion
Confusion might cause people to stay stuck in between realities and not take any action. It is one where they feel uncertain about what is what is fake. They get conflicting information from all sorts of angles from people who they believed in, relied on. In a state of confusion, they tend to trust no one, including themselves.
Happiness
Happiness, pleasure, joy are all emotions that can be paired with a materialistic world. Whenever something is causing or creating happiness, discover where that source of happiness is coming from. Is the happiness coming in the form of a bottle, external substances, food, films and television, entertainment, or games? With happiness, people will portray realities that might have that with filters, with fancy camera work, or narratives. They will sell or convince you of their reality.
Success
The feeling of success can be sold to the right people who rely on someone else. They will keep chasing until they achieve that desired reality. Notice how others can create their own definition of success. It can be as simple as being present in this moment. And ask yourself for your reality, what is YOUR definition of success?
Comedy
Comedy takes place when someone says, does, or creates something that appears humorous. For those moments, you may perceive your reality through their lens of comedy. There is a quote that states: life is a comedy to those who think, and a tragedy to those who feel. Comedy encourages one to reflect upon what matters in life and what can be laughed about before moving on energetically from it.
Tragedy
With tragedies it touches upon some previous emotions such as fear, sadness, confusion. These can create anxiety and depression for people to act rationally or irrationally depending on the circumstances. Sometimes it gives individuals a reason to protect or rescue others. Tragedies in this reality can be a moment of awakening. It might encourage them to reflect and look within this reality for a deeper awakening.
These different types of adjectives sway how an individual perceives this reality. Observe their physical behavior and how they respond to the different stimuli within this experience. Often, they hide how they’re feeling with the exact opposite emotion. Question why they have to project a certain reality or version of their reality into others. What are they keeping people from? What are they protecting themselves from? Why create this reality to project into others?
