What makes up the fabric of your reality? Observe carefully how many layers of reality can be overlapping at once. With fabrics, the material is intricately woven in between each other. As this material continues to cross paths with each other, then this reality begins to increase in complexity. Notice how one event leads to another, another, and so forth. It may be intriguing or fun to ponder about alternate reality that could exist if one made a different action. With that in mind, would you even be in this moment if you had taken that different action a day ago, a week ago, a year ago, and so forth?

Three specific sources influence this fabric of reality: media, social media, and education.

Media

For traditional media, one can look at the newspapers, television stations, and radio stations. These provide information in an auditory and visual manner. They are often printed or recorded by organizations and brands. Carefully observe any bias that might be found in their delivery style. These minor or slight biases can shift a person's perspective of reality when it goes unnoticed. Continual repetition of that information may solidify it as fact in someone’s mind. When left unchecked or unverified, then entire realities it can be woven together.

Social Media

With social media information, information can travel significantly quicker than traditional media with a short message or video. The same information can be consumed, repeated, misquoted, misunderstood, and shared to a wide range of individuals who choose to interpret it in whichever manner that makes sense to their reality. All sorts of information can be amplified or suppressed to create a reality that might not even exist. This can desensitize one’s ability to discern, take action or see through the veil of information. Many times people take pride in their ability to be up to date on everything. This creates a behavior where they consume as quickly as possible, verify with their same usual sources, and repeat the information that they believe.

Education

Reflect upon where you might have been conditioned to appeal to authority. How much of your infrastructure relies on the words, instructions, commands, descriptions, explanations, or spells created by individuals or leading experts? Would you consider yourself someone who is self-taught, a scholar, critical thinker, well-educated, well-researched? How do you discern between authoritative, reliable, truthful, or honest sources? How well-funded are your sources? How often are sources or institutions verifying the validity of their information with insights or sources that are independent or outside of their mainstream narrative?

With many fields, the students are evaluated on their ability to repeat and deliver the approved outcomes, information, or experiments. Can info be repeated over and over again? It starts off with someone wanting to fit in, wanting to make a difference, or doing one thing to make an impact. They get convinced to pursue a field that others think will make a difference. They expect that the people in that field have the same mindset: trusted and respected. When you get into such fields or opportunities then you might meet others who have that same passion, excitement, or drive. As you continue to rely on them to create your reality, then you might notice that some of their perception of reality slowly becomes yours. One gets conditioned to figure out what is correct, incorrect, or superior information. Then you start believing, repeating, sharing, projecting their reality into others so that you might fit in.

As one specializes or advances in a field, you end up competing with others. Their acceptance of your knowledge shapes your reality on your own expertise. The more that you confirm their biases the more you’re praised or supported. Reflect upon how often all sorts of information shape the fabric of reality for those around you.
