Now that you’re considering that you’ve been in extended reality your entire life, what are a couple of other observations that might just seem out of place for you? Observe how many of the things that you see in your extended reality have been placed there or projected there. Think about the number of times you bought something since someone else told you that it looked good on you. Were you unsure of it or waiting for validation from someone else? Does that social validation matter or not?
Look at your style. Look at your activities. Look at who you are and who you have become. Look at how you responded to circumstances. That makes up this current reality, but it doesn’t need to continue to define your actual reality.
Time is an illusion. The past doesn’t exist anymore, and the future isn’t real. All you have is this moment. When you recognize that reality is part of a simulation or extended reality, then you begin to put together the pieces that you can manifest anything that you desire. It's straightforward to start manifesting your desired reality. Stop living a fantasy. Stop living someone else’s dream. Stop becoming someone that another person thinks you can be.
Notice how many things capture your attention or drain your energy: social media, fake news, hoaxes, and space fantasies. Many times you've convinced yourself that these things are worth your energy, when in fact they aren't. Try your best to take a moment, a day, a week, to disconnect yourself from extended reality. Let yourself find yourself, connect with the moment, and be present.
One of my favorite sayings is: If you’re depressed, then you’re living in the past. If you’re anxious, then you’re living in the future. If you’re at peace, then you’re living in the moment. You might notice that many experiences are meant to keep you out of the present.
Observe how many people choose to explore our beautiful physical realm to find themselves. It’s not by accident that going on a spiritual journey or adventure allows you to disconnect from your extended reality and connect deeper within. It’s almost like extended reality is used to disconnect a person from actual reality.
